Hi, I’m Lisa Wiesman — an Integrative Health Practitioner, Registered Nurse (RN), and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).

As a practitioner and health coach, I’m passionate about helping people uncover the root cause of their symptoms—not just treat the surface.

I’m currently on my own healing journey with Hashimoto’s, and it’s my mission to inspire and guide others on their path to healing. You can heal too, and I’m here to walk that journey with you.
